• (page 27, step 31) (RECURRING RACK-AND-PINION STEERING HORRORS) LDD doesn't allow "Loose Connections", so the 6562s (peg with crossaxle) needed to be raised to make a connection between 6630 and 32068
  
• (page 61, step 58) LDD also doesn't seem to allow the doors to be angled properly - I assume that this is because the assembly would be in compression somewhere. The closest I can hinge them is 11°, which sticks out far too much. I've made them straight, and the 1x1 round plates which stop them from doing this in the real model have been hidden underneath. (MAD THING: In reality, the headlight bricks shouldn't let me do this, but LDD doesn't consider the microfine protrusion here which has made many of my real models all sort of bent, so this is actually fortunate)

Yeah, that actually seems to be an "illegal" build in the fact that it puts the bricks in compression, but it's so mild, that I guess it passed the check-filter at TLG. However, I'm not sure closing the doors is the best idea, since if the LDD Team in the future decides to fix the headlight brick (enlarge the collision volume), the it would destroy the model when you open it. It's not a biggie, but I would probably leave the doors on the 11 degree open angle, even if it doesn't look so pretty. Then the model would be more accurate too.

2) The 44301 is not angled/positioned in a "snap" angle (see zip-file)

About the 48336 and 32028, can you explain where the collision is please?

- Avoid to use the attachment function of the forum. You can hos both lxf files and images in lego file hosting sites such as brickshelf and bricksafe.

- The image is cropped, but try a better crop next time, removing all the blank borders.

For example: the windscreen is this color: Image

Which is regular green.

Tracking down some more Star Wars Technic sets! This one was easy in comparison to the others I've build before, because there were no complicated mechanics and such. The colors gave me a headache however, and so did the unflexible flextubes

Anyway

8012 - Super Battle Droid - Star Wars (Technic)

LXF file (LDD 4.3.8)

Errors:

- Rubber band could not be placed.

- 4 Flextubes could not be places. The others are only connected at one side

- Some flextubes don't have the correct length, because they aren't available in LDD.

- Part 41680 not available in LDD. Replaced with brick built solution.

- Part 41679 not available in LDD. Replaced with brick built solution.

- Part 41681 not available in LDD. Replaced with brick built solution.

- Part 32551 not available in LDD. Replaced with brick built solution.

- Part 41663 not available in LDD. Replaced with brick built solution.

- Part 32578 not available in LDD. Replaced with brick built solution. Due to this, it's only attached to one side.

- Due to a part replacement, two black Technic bushes could not be placed entirely correctly in the lower legs.

!!! All parts in the Metal Blue color are replaced with Sand Blue.

It's not very nice when all those pieces are missing, but at least you get to know some whacky parts that are lost in time.
