1) collision error, but from what I can tell it should actually fit, even though it's a tight fit. So LDD issue.

2) the dragons head will fit if you rotate the tow bow parts outwards (the ones with the cross-bow in them).

3) it will actually fit if you "drag" the torso down with the mouse. It's an odd case though I have to admit.

4) Known error, but good find anyway

If I may, Zarkon, I see that a lot of your Ninjago LXFs are missing minifigure decorations. However, Lord Garmadon's decorations and many of the ninjas' 2011 decorations (specifically, the gi and pants of Kai, Zane, and Cole, as well as the face of Jay) are actually available in LEGO Digital Designer, so I see no reason to not include them.

Anyways, time for another batch! This one consists entirely of sets from the Adventurers line. I was looking through this topic's index, trying to see if there were any Adventurers sets that have not yet been indexed... and there were quite a few of them. I'd thought I'd tackle as many of the smaller ones that I could (there are a few that don't seem to have any available instructions, though, so they still are not indexed), and move on to the larger sets later.

Got it. I was hesitant to do so, but seeing as I'm not sure if double-posting is or is not prohibited here (on some forums, it is), I got a little impatient and decided to edit my previous post instead of waiting for someone else to post first so I could make a new post (as it was, the next post wouldn't be made until about an hour and a half after I edited my post). I've checked the model and you're right. The problem is, for some reason the chain can't stretch as far as it does in real life. In the real life model, when the handle used to activate the skull head function is directly vertical, the chain is fairly loose and the skull head lies flat upon the bike. In LDD, it appears to be impossible to even get the lever to a completely vertical position without the skull head being partly levitated. I've attached a modified LDD file for reference.

Yeah, I noticed that too now. It seems the chain links have small gaps between them that all add up. It's actually somewhat of "bug", since this won't allow you to use the chain as you could in a real model.
