Because I closed it. It went out of control due to some reasons, I deleted all the related posts and closed it. The lady group has now been on for some months without any complaint from the said ladies

You can only become a fellow when another Fellow nominates you to become one, then the rest of the Fellows , vote for you or against you (This is what I was told). Go to EB User Groups for more information :-)

As for the flags, only Fellows and members of the Moderating Team have them.
