Inconspicuous Posted January 16, 2010 To learn all about Minfig customization, check out the Minifig Customation Workshop. You'll find lots of topics that display custom figures and decals. Since you're looking more specifically for Pirates stuff, I would recommend checking out The Great Pirate Torso Library. You'll find lots of official and unofficial decals here, and if for whatever reason you didn't find what you wanted, you could give a specific request in the Decal Wish List thread. Hope this helped.
