Whats better the Family Home or the House

Hi im debating on whether to buy either the Family Home or the House for my next movie "The Adventures Of Peter Martin".

So could you tell me what you think is better out of the two.

This would be better in the What should I buy topic in General Discussion. You'll still get advice regaurding your delima but a moderater will probably merge the topics. Personly like the family home better. It's a nice color with out the red roof.
