A better question would've been, 'Who's more annoying: Justin Bieber or Jar-Jar Binks?'. C-3PO is just a classic character that's not overly funny. He fits in and doesn't seem like he's trying to be funny, and he's definitely not trying to be funny by being stupid.

Agreed. Threepio is one of the best characters assuming you ignore PT Threepio. Anytime he talks to Han is a classic scene.

Haha, I like the Mace Hindu one. And I agree, Jar Jar would have made much more sense than Threepio. I don't get the Disturbance one.
