Some of these pieces might be useful but there's equally as many useless pieces as well. So I don't think I'd get this for the specific purpose of using it for Pirate MOCS, unless of course it was completely free...

The guarded inn and the blacksmith shop make for great sea-side buildings (having used them myself):

And another set (swap out the pink), would be Dolphin Point, to make that old lighthouse/tower to signal those awaiting ships:

And many of the Divers sets for their shipwrecks.

Ah yes... A light house... I was thinking that would be an interest creation however I'm not sure that the Paradisa Lighthouse is round enough for my liking.
