LegoMathijs Posted September 16 Terra Station Z is a space station which be used for researching ores. Inside the Ore Research Centre, there are several research devices and robotic devices for splitting ores. Theres also an motorized conveyor belt for transporting the ores inside the station. Theres also a communication centre, for communication with spaceships and controlling/monitoring drones. This was a part of our Lowlug community Neo Classic Space layout. 01_Terra_Station_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 02_Terra_Station_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 08_Terra_Station_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 11_Terra_Station_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 13_Terra_Station_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 14_Terra_Station_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr Pictures also on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mathijslegofan/albums/72177720311251724/with/53191969795/
GeoBrick Posted September 16 It is beautifully made, and with a lot of functionality. Although I have my doubts about those floating elevator platforms. ;)

Feuer Zug Posted September 18 Gorgeous station. You nailed the Futuron scheme and feel perfectly, yet built a large setup that is quite impressive.
danth Posted September 18 Big, angular, trans-blue windows for the win. They sure make this feel like Futuron. I especially like the building with the six matching blue windows arranged into three vertical columns.

LegoMathijs Posted Thursday at 12:39 PM Thanks all for the nice compliments! Nice to hear you like it New update: This small spaceshi, the Terra Transporter Z, is used to transport ores and mining equipment to the mining site and Terra Station Z. The spaceship have a small crane to load the containers. The middle section of the ship can be disconnected if there's no container to transport. The middle section needs to be disconnected to load a container with the Terra Mining Unit Z. 01_Terra_Transporter_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 03_Terra_Transporter_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 04_Terra_Transporter_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr Loading a container: 06_Terra_Mining_Unit_Z_and_Terra_Transporter_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr Pictures also on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mathijslegofan/albums/72177720311251724

GeoBrick Posted Friday at 10:53 PM Just wondering, do you plan to show this MOC on some event(s) the next year or so in the Benelux? Would love to see it for real.
LegoMathijs Posted Saturday at 07:28 PM (edited) Thanks! :) No, I've taken apart this MOC. I've built this MOC last year as a part of our community built. The whole layout was on display at Bricks am Meer in Bad Zwischenahn, Germany. And a few weeks ago, it was on display at our LUG event. LegoMathijs Posted 23 hours ago Terra Mining Unit Z The Terra Mining Unit Z is a large mining vehicle for using in rough terrain. This vehicle can carry heavier loads than other rovers, because of it's mining equipment and the possibility to carry a container. It can also mine in rough terrain. It has a working suspension, adjustable cabin, mining drill, small mining tools at front of the vehicle, container lift, two stabilizers, and a foldable crane with adjustable jib. The Terra Mining Unit Z can use the container lift for loading and unloading the Terra Transporter Z. 01_Terra_Mining_Unit_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 02_Terra_Mining_Unit_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 04_Terra_Mining_Unit_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 05_Terra_Mining_Unit_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr Overview functions: 15_Terra_Mining_Unit_Z by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr More pictures on Flickr: http:// https://www.flickr.com/photos/mathijslegofan/albums/72177720311251724
LegoMathijs Posted 22 hours ago The last picture of this MOC.... The Research Drone will be used for exploring the planet's ores. The speeder will be used for travelling around the mining site. 20_Research_Drone_and_speeder by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr Picture also on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mathijslegofan/albums/72177720311251724
