[MOC] Anakin vs Asajj Ventress, 2003 style...

I always loved the Cartoon Network The Clone Wars series, The shorts explored the Star Wars galaxy in a way we hadn’t then seen before.

Then we met Ventress. And the dual on Yavin is where we first saw Anakin embrace his dark side.

A classic often overlooked dual recreated here in brick form!

Here, I wanted this to show the effect of water on a sabre blade as we saw in TCW 2k3:

The scene was built for the May 4th challenge but I knew that it would end up repurposed here.
Really pleased with the albeit simple stair build and the general aged ruin look of the build

Yes, it doesn't come in red sadly though there is a trans-orange.

I wish lego would release 2003 sets for the anniversy of the 2003 show..... But no, just endless TCW garbage branded with the '03 logo.
