Don't know if this will hold together (some cabin, main body is planned in middle), but will try

Maybe will make also 4 wings inside, to connect to main body, as front wing with thruster/turbine came out pretty big

but, most probably, will make it just with 7L long panel, so it is more narrower, compat, and not so heavy.

Only planned function for now is adjustable turbines for landing/liftoff and flying modes. Of course, some openable cabin. But who knows.

Shortened wings. Made each thruster to move separately. Some linkage also to rear thruster

A side question: How stable is the circle?

It is pretty stable. I've still not abandoned this idea. I will try to center weight (longitudaly) , so it is not bended. Also for bending it is pretty strong. Of course, I will need to find a good way to connect that round wing and main body together

In worst cae will keep just main body :)

Added rear thruster. Now each side turns separately, and rear thruster is "following". It can turn from side to side, and when both side thrusters are up, rear is facing down.

That round wing might be too big and would break up the nice body lines you have now, right?

Yes, that also could be true, but also it would too weak at the and.

I'm considering now some wings using 3x13 curved panels. But also just an idea.

Added some lasers for shooting at the front.

Replaced one part to correct color. Took pictures to take entry, but somehow they are dark, even light seemed really good.

And Yes, I need to think about new name and which side to join

Definitely think it’s more of a bad guy ship than a police one. Being yellow and black you could go down the route of names like “stinger” “Yellowjacket” “hornet” etc
