CapOnBOBS Posted January 11, 2022 On the end of the empire, brave homesteaders carve out lives for themselves. In New Haven, an Oleander settler on the outskirts of Fort Arltrees has created a large homestead for him and his family. The large residence provides food enough for the family, plus a little extra for sale and trade. Our homesteader is a tough frontiersman, but hides a soft spot for the two family horses. More than once, he has been caught chatting with them as if they were in deep conversation together. Stables, chickens, vegetable plots, a couple horses who are always willing to listen, what more could a weathered frontiersman want. Licensed as a large residence in Fort Arltrees. Kai NRG Posted January 11, 2022 This has a great homestead feel, love the roofs and all the chickens!!
NOD Posted January 11, 2022 That looks nice. I like it a lot how you have added an annex to the main building. Next to it is a stable for horses made entirely of wood with a carriage in front of it.
evancelt Posted January 11, 2022 I like the slight sloping roof on the stable. Fun house and cart designs! What's going on with the overlapping round gray tiles in the first pic? Is the driveway two-tiered or is there a rivulet in the path?
Jeff of Clubs Posted January 11, 2022 That gambrel roof is awesome! Love the style and that carriage!
Khorne Posted January 11, 2022 That's a nice tudor farm house. I like the contrast of the red brick chimney and the rest of the house. The style of roof on the stable is also something different from a usual roof, with the slight overhang at the front. Nice addition to the settlement. Ross Fisher Posted January 12, 2022 Great build, nicely done. Looks suitably frontiersy.
Capt Wolf Posted January 12, 2022 Lovely build! As others have noted, the roofs are excellent. I particularly like the stable roof. And the multi-stem piece in tan works extremely well as a handful of hay!
