In a vibrant city, it is important that there are areas for recreation.

Two minutes on the bench. The helmet is taken off and the gloves are thrown away.

The secretariat is ready with extra pucks.

The goalkeepers have proper protection. The neck collar is an inverted mustache.

A player in the home team needs care and Sausage-Holger has a fair amount to do.

Guest team supporters do what they can with their tifo.

There has probably been a lot of moonshine/hooch/firewater/home brew/giggle juice (or shouting oil as we call it in Sweden) here.

Really nice @STHLM, lot's of details. That is what we have minifigs for, creating a lot of 'stories' that are stimulating the imagination of those who look at the builds. B.t.w. those trees are stunning!

The ice skating rink is great, love the sides and everything.
But let's talk about that tree! The trees are amazing! The tan trunk one is the most amazing MOC tree I have seen in a long time.

I like your hockey rink. Everything from the decals on the ice to the goalies pads are spot on. What penalty did the guy get called for? Slashing, high sticking? Never heard the term "shouting oil" before, but it's fitting, especially if the refs are blind.

Thanks! The big tiles is actually from a 2004 set: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=3578

As far as I can recall, it was misconduct that sent him off. Shouting oil is Swedish slang, that the translator at my work hadn't heard of when I asked for a English translation.

Thank you! I can feel that my builds deserve some thought behind the minifigs and it's great fun to imagine who they are, where they come from and where they are going next.

Thank you! Sometimes I like to build trees, most times not so much. The tan trunk is based och this technique:

This is another way to build a thicker trunk:

I've got an album of some trees I've made:

Just being curious and looking into MILS myself: You are using a different version of the raised baseplates than the MILS standard, why didn't you go for the MILS standard?

In the Swedish RLUG Swebrick we use Moduverse: https://www.swebrick.se/index.php?topic=6350.0

I used ordinary baseplates for a long time, but it was the Moduverse Roadplate that turned me over. You have the freedom to play around with brick built roads:

Looks great! I have seen it in the past but forgot about it. Clever solution indeed!
