With the big fort here in Lavalette, they probably want the iron for cannons and alike." -added Paul (the 4th newest member).

Hey thanks all, glad so many people appreciated a different approach to a mining build. I intentionally hid them, but the lights are provided by the 2x3 lego light bricks, if anybody wondered. 

@Spud The Viking, its the little things that make the stories fun.

The entrance looking in with the tunnel lit up is my favorite shot. It came out way better than I thought it was going to.
