I really love the function of pasting images here, where the system automatically displays it when link it pasted. Is this an extension or custom built function?

It is not phpbb.  If you scroll to the bottom of any page you can click on the name of the company who writes the software, it is not a freeware or open source like phpbb.

Who on Earth is paying for this? I never saw anyone asking for participating in securing funds for all the expenses! It must be costly, looking at the number of members here!

Adverts make enough to "keep the lights on" for the forum. So do your bit and pause Ad Blockers on the  Eurobricks domain! We promise they are not intrusive.

All staff are volunteers, so any ad earnings pay fees for the site to stay live. Eurobricks is a labour of love.
