The bird is from one of the HP CMFs. This is a nice build! I like the vegetation and the technique used for the rock.

I'm not a huge fan of the islanders sub theme in general, but the general build is fantastic and the vegetation is especially brilliant. 

 

Looks like almost all the available appropriate animals are included too... as well as a phoenix on holiday.

Love the Islanders theme, this is a great set. I especially like the chunky palm tree - clever and simple :)
