Haha I am being a bit mean and a stick in the mud, but your sniper is using the brickarms AK-SV

Ah I don't know, my local reseller sells it as a brickarms item, in your pics I can see what you mean though.

I find it hard to see a Dragunov in the all black version exactly, but then if you look at this two coloured version then you definitely see a Dragunov in it I think:
