This was my hideous take on 42070, although I'd begun working on it way before 42070 was even announced. It features RC drive, steering, locking rear diffs and locking central diff, as well as nine motorised towing functions.

Mate that is awesome, you know you could possibly build a mercedes benz zetros expedition truck with your design!

That looks amazing, surely make a micro trailer or a version that has a mini crane. That is a very cool mini model.

Thank you very much for the compliment. You are right, it would be very cool to built a expedition truck too. (Maybe I decide to built one later this year (other MOCs need to be finished earlier)).

Amazing Unimogs! Espacially the 437 is spot on. I'd be super interested in your take of a 6x6 Zetros. :)

Yeah, the 437 is one of my favorites.

Maybe the Zetros at some point, but I'll sit on that for a little bit.

Oh, trucks! I love trucks!

Should say, that our russian Rig&Roll competitions (RRC) gave plenty of beacutiful mocs - trucks in mack anthem's scale.

That's my trucks for RRC:

I like the small scale trucks, cause most people are like "go big or go home."

Now I have a new one to add...

Very nice @makushima, certainly one of these anti “Go big or go home moments”. Mate what would be cool is if you could make a combine and put it on a trailer, amazing MOC though

And here is my giant, I had to make a very thick front axle, so that it would not bend under the weight of the cab)

A truck topic, Awesome!

I'll just leave this here then.

If you recognise the brand that means I'm doing it right :pir-classic:. I'm usually more of a Model Team kind of MOCer but I did include some functionality into this one.

The deadline is over three weeks, I hope to have it finished in time.

If I were to take a guess, is it a Volvo? I could be wrong though, I'm more into cars than trucks :pir_laugh2:.

Looking good so far anyway!

I recon it is a Ford F-Max I think kinda, but I am more confident guessing that it’s a Volvo.

My trucks are basic, they only steer and haul stuff. I admire all of your gargantuans and insanely detailed copies of real trucks.
I can't find the time to make such monsters. So I don't. I just make alt-builds from my sets and that's it.

Following are two combo builds from 42101 and 42102.
Left one is trial truck and has two axles steered. Right one has opening doors and a fifth wheel. The height is fine for MACK trailers.

640x415.jpg640x327.jpg

My 42106C Big Rig - detailed interior and exterior, Fifth wheel coupling is done by locking two 8L axles with stops /see the back photo/. It holds the trailer steadily but has no up-down articulation.
The LBG axle holders can be moved 3 studs to the back if the trailer needs better clearance when turning. /swapped with the black parts/.

56372_h2ciSM3.jpg  800x450.png
A silly one from 42101 only.

640x512.png640x512.png

The last one - still pretty fresh. Made last week from 42116. It has most of the big rig details - horns, big hood, cab, "fifth wheel", ladder to get in. Don't mind the gaps, it's got like 130 pieces only...

Mate these are really nice, I am attempting to build some type of tiller truck that can tip a rear tray in any direction. It’s a bit of a challenge because I only have a small linear actuator.
