Horses are bred here. The stables for the horses are on the ground floor. In front of it there is an enclosure for staying outdoors.

The first floor is divided. One half consists of accommodation and an office. In the other half is the storeroom for straw.

The Sea Rats also become Land Rats. The people enjoy riding and learn quickly. They can get around the island faster with horses.

Experienced teachers teach here. Beginners learn to ride.

Tourists from other factions must first fill out a form in the Townhall. A processing fee must be paid for this. The mayor himself is happy to check the form.

Great build NOD! The roof and tiled walls are in particular very nice, but also the texture of the lower floor is brilliant. It's a pity LDD doesn't allow a proper interior unless you do it in a separate build.
