CapOnBOBS Posted January 19, 2021 (edited) After digging numerous shafts around the hills of Fatu Hiva, Geologist Vincent Marseille finally struck pay dirt, a rich vein of iron to feed the Crown's war industry. Now the mine is up and fully operational... Not only is the ore coming out extremely pure, but the vein was struck only a dozen few feet into the side of the hill, allowing a highly efficient operation. Crates of ore are stacking up, awaiting one of the wagons hauling the ore into the city of Fatu Hiva. Captain Renault has been sent by the military leadership to check on production and purity, illustrating that the Crown certainly has plans to capitalize on this strategic resource. Production is increasing daily... licensed as a mine in Fatu Hiva. Edited January 19, 2021 by CapOnBOBS
NOD Posted January 19, 2021 Good diorama. The entrance to the tunnel looks nice. I like the posts and beams that secure the ceiling.
Professor Thaum Posted January 19, 2021 Really clever evolution from prospect to mining. Another nice one from you. I have/use the same blanket than you to take my pics

Khorne Posted January 20, 2021 Nice ending of the story. I like how you've built up the mine from nothing to this and seeing the activity.
