Amazing models. Technic line would definitely need more small sets to attract new customers.

Yeah, I would be glad to have new sets in 42060 and 42062 style. Now 42102 and 42116 are coming out in the same scale.

I wonder if they realize that, if someone wants to try a technic for the first time, he certainly won't buy a flagship model. Entry-levels sets are essential to ensure the demographic renewal of the customers.

Like the universal/basic sets of old.

Yes for sure. I would argue that studded universal sets would act as an excellent bridge between "regular" Lego and Technic. Could also reintroduce the Technic fig and have the models be to that scale. Studded was always much easier to build and MOC with, and studded bricks are still in production, and universal sets were always more focused on the mechanical rather than the look, so as a bridge between brick based sets and Technic, why the heck not?! And like before, there could be different sets to introduce different concepts, like a purely mechanical set, a motorised set, a simple pneumatic set, a pulleys and winches set and so on.

Edit: Apologies for the off-topic post btw, nicjasno just got me excited for universal sets

Technic figures definitely need to make a comeback.

Fully support!

I want to build models for people, work out ergonomics, adjust the scale.

This time the bus.

Really wanted a sliding door - it turned out what happened :classic:

Diesel V6 at the rear (alas, no drive). The floor as low as possible. I wanted to make a roof, but I ran out of details. and the child does not want to :classic:

I got the idea to remake one of the first trucks assembled on this scale. I did not publish it as there was nothing interesting in the design in my opinion. I added one steering axle and redesigned the cockpit for it.
