What is the gear visible at the bottom back in this photo for? Link

It's not for the steering. The steering is connected with a universal joint as seen shortly in the video.

I think that is small turntable for rear pendular axle

It's fine I guess, and the tread pattern is a nice change from the 56mm balloon, but a little more diameter would have been welcome.

With the same diameter, we can replace the tyres of Volvo EW160E (set 42053)

appart of the interrest of the Wheel (wheels we can buy appart for ways less money) this set is uninteresting at all.

No mechanics, no drivetrain, no engine, only two pendular axles, direction and that's it.

I'll pass my way.

Looking closer, it does look like the tires are the common 56mm diameter.

Shoot, I was hoping they would be a little bigger.

Same here. I was hoping for a little bit more sidewall. Like 60+mm diameter or so to better match the 63 diameter tire of old.

I think it will be interesting to see how we attempt to fit any kind of engine/drive train into this small model, while keeping the front pendular suspension and steering in place. Not saying it's impossible, I'd like to try myself. But is it a little unreasonable to expect such features in this particular model, with the pendular suspension/ steering in place without having the engine stick out the hood, which would not be realistic in such a vehicle.

Low sidewall isn't a bad way to go. The world's biggest tractor tyre has low sidewalls, as seen here.

Going OT now, but yeah they are. They're even designated as LSW, which stands for "Low Side Wall".

It's be cool to have Power Puller tyres with chevron tread! But I think we'll have to be content with the Jeep tyres for now.

with this width (60mm) I do not know on which machinery it would be realistic...

It'd look good on the Xerion.

Over 10 years ago I made Saddle trac (3300 version) with powerpullers, but it looked way to wide for me, but it is my point of view...
