Clever use of the cockpit parts here. Makes for the perfect slope towards the front of the craft.

I'm seeing a couple Yoko Tsuno references here. The sleds and pulsor jet to be exact. Coincidence?

Not a coincidence. I took over my old creations :)
You have a good memory and a good eye.
It's Yoko Tsuno

And indeed, the reference is voluntary, but not many people have seen or found it (you and another). The pointed front of the Transporter is very reminiscent of the Vineans ships ;)
The reference to the pointed front and to the 4 reactors, becomes clearer, with these 4 pictures.

Attention, a lot of redesign in perspective. !  :)
I thoroughly reviewed the cargo / disembarkation hold. I maximized the details. I also reviewed the vehicles in the hold, to diversify them.

The right and left walls of the cargo hold:

  • - Fans / ventilation
  • - 4 Various fire extinguishers
  • - Talkie Walkie
  • - Repair tools
  • - Communication station
  • - Various pressure gauges
  • - Aspirators for air or other gases
  • - Electricity light and pressure / control panels
  • - Yellow bands indicating danger / risk
  • - Valve
  • - Some piping
  • - Articulated arm with control panel
  • - Load calculator
  • - Removable blue seat (it folds into the wall. It doesn't show like that)
  • - 3 emergency airtanks.
  • - Safety levers (blocking or manual opening of the hold in the event of an electrical problem)
  • - 2 maintenance robots

The 4 vehicles:

  • [*] - The Space Scooter, great standard of Classic Space
  • [*] - The Space Buggy, a little different, and standard of the Classic Space
  • [*] - A Heavy Space Buggy with:
  1. [*] - Mini communication dish
  2. [*] - Camera
  3. [*] - Front sensors
  4. [*] - Red tool kit between the 2 seats
  5. [*] - 2 Control / data information panels
  6. [*] - 2 seats-brick build
  7. [*] - Articulated arm at the rear
  8. [*] - 2 hand sensor tools
  9. [*] - 1 container to put rocks
  10. [*] - 1 Talkie walkie
  11. [*] - Control panel of the articulated arm
  12. [*] - Articulated arm load calculator
  13. [*] - Articulated arm pressure judge
  14. [*] - 2 fire extinguishers
  15. [*] - 1 small repair tool between the arm and the extinguishers

  • [*] - The Space Buggy with its trailer composed of:
  1. [*] - 2 airtanks
  2. [*] - 2 bags
  3. [*] - 1 camera
  4. [*] - 1 pair of binoculars
  5. [*] - 2 hand sensor tools
  6. [*] - 1 dorsal reactor (it is difficult to see itself, because between the airtanks and the bags, and the antennas folded up)
  7. [*] - 1 black backpack (inlaid between the 2 gray bags, and slightly offset below)

It's okay, I think I'm ready for Lunar exploration ! :)
A good big week of thinking and working in 3D. That's the problem: the smaller it is to work, the less space there is, the more you have to think about, the more complicated it is, the more time it takes to pull out some hair. (but I still have a few left, lol:  :)

Thank you all.
Now, I do  the front half (cockpit, rest / catering room), then finally the base of the airstrip.
A small video preview in 3D stud.io, where I am in my work. This may need to change a bit. But let's say, that the main lines of ideas are there.

For the airstrip, I think I'll use that kind of concept in medium / dark gray. A lunar thing, with 2-3 craters or mounds, and the trail in the middle. Nothing is defined, I am still thinking about it.

In the meantime I had a little inspiration. I did 3 tests of small drones, which I could perhaps incorporate on the scenery of the airstrip.
I made 3 examples to see the possibilities. But it is obvious that we can put what we want: maintenance drone, repair drone, surveillance drone, medical drone, etc ... There are 2 attachment points with the hands, and 2 points rear (sustentators reactors/magnetic reactors). Which leaves some inventive or inspiring possibilities when they come to mind.

Awesome.  I am in love with it all.

Completely agree. The detail is amazing! I absolutely love the utilisation of space for the vehicles, and the wheel clamps... genius!

Thank you all, for yours comments :)
As you seem to be interested in the drone, here is the construction plan.

Everything is axed/focused on part N°48723, Technic, Axle Connector Hub with 4 Bars, which is sandwiched between the 2 Dish 3x3, via the part N°3957, Antenna, which "impale" all

Front part of the ship redone.
Stud.io and LDD used. Interior sections of "modules".

Front half of the ship :

  • - 1 Rest room with 2 beds and a dining area.
  • - 1 captain's post.
  • - 1 tandem flight control station, at the front.
  • - 1 tandem engineering control station, on the side.
  • - 1 Captain, 5 crew members, including 1 at rest.
  • - 1 Robot.
  • - 4 extinguishers in the hallway.
  • - AI/computers control panel, on the hallway wall.

Now I'm going to have "to tackle" the airstrip, and the vehicles / sets on it.
