Lego City 2021 Rumours, information and discussion

Recommended Posts

Wow, 60307 has a lot of things, I could spot some details that appealed to me:

-Animals included are a lion couple with 2 babies, 2 monkeys, eagle and an elephant

-Like the Rescue Operation set this includes another blue road plate

-The "base" has some kind of office and a small lab on the top

That set reminds of that 2008 coast guard platform and the 2017 jungle exploration operation set too

Do we know how much 60307 is? I’m expecting somewhere along the 100 range, really loaded with many animals!

No one is discussing the shepherds' crook finally outside Toy Story. it may be a small thing, but having that part in an unlicensed set is a boon to a few theme builders, particularly since we now have a SHEEP!

Already posted this in the animals thread, maybe it's an obvious observation, but I do think the Elephant is the same in both sets, except different horn/tusk pieces, even the Orient elephant already had removeable tusks :

It might be the standard 3.3 cm tusk, but maybe its a new size piece.

Yeah, same elephant mould, different ‘tusk’ pieces, the standard horn and ‘tail’ pieces it seems

Ok - there is a rumor about Classic baseplates being retired in Feb 2022. It would be interesting to see them being replaced with the new road plates.

Thanks dude! I really love these Wildlife Rescue sets so I am planning to get some of them! I can’t wait to build my own animal kingdom.

Hopefully that Polybag will appear on LEGO.com, as polybags are pretty hard to find here, and LEGO has added a polybag section not too long ago.

Photos relating to new Lego products are posted on this site in the form of product inspection certification.
That's why I check the Lego product certification photos on this site every day.
