Elostirion Posted August 9, 2020 "What are you waiting for?! Get up, you lazy fool. The cart is here." "Oh come on, give a man a minute to rest.""Those guards aren't resting either, are they?" "Alright then... let's get those bottles.""No, we need to open the cart first." "Ah right. The log-look-alikes. Great idea, that was..." "Indeed... no guard will ever check a cart with firewood for rum." "Careful. Those bottles shall not break.""They are big bottles. With good rum." "Indeed." "So... how exactly does the boss make money with this?""Dunno, man, dunno." "Guess that's why she is the boss, and we are carrying the bottles.""She's paying us well, isn't she?" Oh wow, this MOC has been ready for a looooong time, but I never actually posted it. So here you go. I took the style from my Salida Este City Gate. @Capt Wolf: Feel free to license this in the name of MCTC (medium or large commerce, I assume?).
Capt Wolf Posted August 10, 2020 A fun build! The smugglers' wagon with hiding place is neat. Great texture and irregularity to the ground. I love the printed round tile piece for the cut trunks, and the variety of greens in this build is intriguing: lots of olive and bright green, with some sand green as well. I don't think there's a spot of regular green! On 8/9/2020 at 5:42 AM, Elostirion said: I took the style from my Salida Este City Gate. It fits right in to the Salida Este aesthetic. Well done! Kai NRG Posted August 10, 2020 Nice to finally see this posted, I love the clever smuggling solution! The bright green and olive is also a fantastic combination which I'm filing away in my head for future reference.
Ayrlego Posted August 10, 2020 I like the bright yellow in the walls, a bold choice but definitely fitting for the aesthetic seen in previous Salida Este builds. As Capt Wolf and Kai mentioned, the bright green and olive look great together. The smuggler's wagon is very cool.
Bodi Posted August 10, 2020 Very clever indeed, i like the ox cart, and the irregular base looks good too.
Keymonus Posted August 11, 2020 (edited) Brilliant idea and nice execution! I’m not so sure about the wall as a background, but the openable cart is wonderful: Eslandolan smugglers really know their job! Edited August 11, 2020 by Keymonus
Ross Fisher Posted August 11, 2020 I love the design. Really smartly done.

Professor Thaum Posted August 13, 2020 Booze smuggling ! What a nice idea ! That openable cart is a masterpiece I agree for the combination of bright and olive green... that road looks muddy like it has just rained upon.
