[MOC] The Construction of Fort Brickleton

Recommended Posts

WIP: After days of marching, Colonel McBlock and his men arrive at the site where Fort Brickleton is being constructed. The fort, slated to be finished in the next year, is replacing an old stone shore battery tower that currently looks out over the bay. As dusk approaches, the garrison greets them.

Any progress on the fort?

It's coming along! The builders are waiting on a shipment from St. BrickLink with some roof supplies.

Over drinks Colonel McBlock and his senior staff discuss the infamous escapades of Captain Redbeard with the garrison commander. McBlock's orders are to wait at Fort Brickleton for passage on a navy ship - then onward with his men to the new world to seek out Redbeard.

Time to break this bad boy down - never really finished it, but I want my bricks and 64 x 64 baseplate back to make new MOCs!

Dammit, you could have made (or still do!) an excellent BotBS story out of this. Great work! :pir-classic:

Don't worry, @Darnok - I have a couple final BotBS builds tied to this fort still to post :) Just planning to have it pass into the sunset following that. Working on a big three-master that needs the fort's shelf real estate :bonaparte:
