gvb2003 Posted July 1, 2020 So a long time ago I ordered a front part of set 10157 (part 45706pb01) and a split-level train base to make a bi-level version. Today I decided to do something with it. So I discovered Stud.io does not has that part. Even LDD doesn't has it. I'm considering making the back first and then I'll see what I will do with the front later. If you can help me or tell me what I should do, feel free.
Sven J Posted July 1, 2020 You can download the file from the LDraw library and import it to Stud.io (but you will have to define connectivities with Part Designer).

Sven J Posted July 1, 2020 Did you download all required sub-parts (scroll down the file page)? I haven't tried, but I guess it should be possible to use Part Designer to put the sub-files together and create the entire part.
gvb2003 Posted July 1, 2020 (edited) Oh there are sub-files? I will try that. No I am not able to make a complete model. Very hard, I don't know where are those sub-files are. It is not complete. (I managed to get all files but now I have to assemble it. Not very hard) Why didn't they made it just a solid model this really hurts to assemble How do I mirror something? Can you maybe send me an assembled one? I tried making the studs better but it still is a mess.
Sven J Posted July 1, 2020 (edited) Try to import one of these to Part Designer, then export it to Stud.io: https://c.1und1.de/@519891332014019803/4uD6kHwYSOe6t1qPfVplKQ Edited July 1, 2020 by Tenderlok
