[SR - FB - JUN 620] Nuts for the sails

Recommended Posts

To strengthen ship sails and ropes, nothing is better than a good tanning. And the most useful raw material for tanning sails and ropes are the Areca nuts, from the beetle palm tree.

Stroke of luck, there are many beetle palm trees on Tortuga...

...now the nuts are ripe...

Time for Callaghan and his men to start the harvest.

Another large plantation for Tortuga.

C&C welcome as usual.

I love your nuts! :pir-grin:

I wish I had the patience to digitally build stuff on this scale.....I always start, and before I get anywhere, I get frustrated, and give up :pir_wacko:

This plantation makes me want to go golfing.

And I don't even golf.

lol ! That was exactly what this MOC was supposed to be, my first idea was to add the doctor's fig with a hockey stick (if only I could add this fig in LDD) shooting balls to the green areas while Callaghan and his men were working on the trunks, forcing them to dodge the balls (even if it means falling from the trees).

That is a great little waterfall and a great large plantation you've got here, Professor! :pir-laugh:  The layers in the green areas are really nice too!

And @Professor Thaum, too bad you couldn't get the doc in there with his golf stick - that's a hilarious idea!

Unfortunately I am afraid my attempts at golfing would be something like "The Return of Happy Gilmore." Minus the long drives.
