mindstormsboi Posted June 6, 2020 (edited) Seems to be non-Lego, I don't think TLG ever invented human-looking figures. However they did invent bicycles which were lego-compatible, such as this frame and the wheels for it. Edit: Turns out I was wrong, I've found this one and this one. The police men would have come in set 1271 or 271 and the bikes would have come in set 1270 or 270. The bikes that you circled are not Lego and the gas pumps you circled are not Lego.
