What part is this? Does it exist?

LDD lists this is as 46203 - Snowboard. Bricklink has 46203 as this - a much smaller Snowboard which is also in LDD.

So... what is the above part? Does it actually exist? Is it sold on Bricklink (and can someone tell me what I am looking for)?

Er, no the snowboards BrickLink has aren’t smaller (size 8 studs x 2 studs).

The one that is smaller is this one (size 6 studs x ~1.5 studs).

So... does the real part lack the holes in both the studs and on the bottom of the board (like the one in LDD has)?

The studs seem full.  The underside, I don’t know, I don’t have one, they aren’t in LDraw and I can’t find pictures.  They don’t seem very interesting: they are all patterned and they all are from 2003 sets and never made again.

I can't find one at the moment, but the larger ones (46203*) are weighted so that they could glide down the various terrains that one could build in the Gravity Games sets in which they came.  So my thought is that the underside has no tubes to receive studs.  I cannot remember whether the studs are filled or not, but none of the BL pictures have hollow studs, so I would assume not.  If I can find one, I'll update this post with any info I come up with.  Hope this helps?
