Ts__ Posted May 11, 2020 Reminds me of my childhood, nice My parents had a Trabant. It was rather too small for me as the first own vehicle: I had problems getting my feet under (Trabant 1.1). Going on vacation for five peoble was also exciting (Trabant Combi). Did you know that the Trabant is the quietest car: When driving, you cover your ears with your knees ... Is it feasible to lower the bonnet one panel thickness? In the prototype, the upper edge of the bonnet is the same as the lower edge of the window. It's all in line. Or does that destroy the overall impression? Thomas
SERVATOR Posted May 11, 2020 Thx! @Ts__ „Problem” is that on the front of the car are only modified plate 11458 and brick arch 3659. And both parts were 1st choice bricks for me to do this car. :)

LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted May 11, 2020 Totally cool MOCs!
Tomik Posted May 12, 2020 It is awesome how you caugth Trabant is such a small scale. I can remember these stinky cars from my childhood and it is still possible to see them on roads. Anyway Trabant with tent on roof and Trabant caravan are really crazy ideas.
SleeplessNight Posted May 12, 2020 Nice! I'd also love to see a Trabant Kubelwagen! BTW, one Trabi has over 7k votes on Ideas, and it's the second most-supported car at the moment (disclaimer: it's not mine)
Paperinik77pk Posted May 12, 2020 That tent on the Trabi is something spectacular!!! Your whole "Trabant" series is awesome, and this car really deserves an official Lego model (near the Fiat 500, the Mini, and the Beetle), both in small and big scale!
