If I live there I think I'll be an regular customer Also like the 'steps' with the flowers. Only the sitting area seems to be a little bit 'tight'? Anyhow, it's a nice place to sit enjoy your lunch. Thanks Neonic The steps and flowerbeds are part of the overall designtheme for my layout and Town. Next weekend I hope to post som vido of the whole layout! Redhead1982 Posted March 22, 2020 Nice MOD/MOC. The 76108 set is rather perfect for customization. I like how you built it on a raised platform, creating extra steps and flower beds around it. Also making it a corner building was a bit of a challenge, specially the roof section. I'm not a fan of the corner roof window, it looks there's too much windows. But I guess that was a solution for the roof corner. On the other hand the plants on the roof are nice to see. I just wonder if they're some wild plants and how can you water them.
