My guess would be none on the front, and pendular on the back

I ask because the set has potential for some interesting suspension, kinda like the Arocs:

So basically we are getting a remake of 42070 with a tipper on top and updated diffs and PF for the same price?

YES (and a license)

Cue Selena Gomez: "Im so sick of dat sick old love, dat shit it tears me up"

Ïmagine that Uwe Wabra has just finished designing the 42070 and receives this as the new assignment. Maybe he's like urg not again...

Well, he did design 42030. I'd say he's getting double deja vu, if he's designed this set as well...

Like, Hi Mr. Wabra. Amazing job you did there with the 42070. Now we need you to make its clone.

I suppose they are in a more neutral color...

Yes, dbg and light grey as the rest of the PF and C+ motors

I'd think the new diffs are from the Top Gear shitbox.

Yes they are - and three of them are in the 42114

Do you remember if it has suspension? And if so, what kind?

Don't think there was suspension. Just front and back were able to rotate. But maybe I'm wrong with my memory ...

Wow, a flagship that goes back and forth, steers, tips a bed and has no suspension. The domination of excrementification.

The suspension is just what makes this truck special.

Well the 1H flagship only goes back and forth and steers. That should already signify the excrementification trend already.

Yeah, no suspension at all:

Uh, let me spoon-feed you: I was talking about the model, not the actual vehicle.

Given the treatment of the suspensions in 42070, I dont have much confidence in the realism of that in this model (if it has any).

I think it has – I was quite pleased with its look

I was referring to the suspension only. I have no doubt in appearance realism. Technic models have perfected that aspect recently.

If there’s no sprung suspension I’m going to riot. TLG should have learned after the bs they tried to pull with 42070.

I think new 'Horizontal motor' is exactly same with spike large motor. In my experimenting with C+ hub with 4 of that motor, it is surprisingly strong.

And I also tried disassemble that motor. Internal motor is same with C+ L and PF L, rotation encoder is same with other C+ motors.(XL and L)

If you guys want picture I can upload here.

What is the horizontal motor used for? It could be interesting if it is used to control a gearbox.

Steering --> updated first post of the thread :-)

If we get a B-model, we may get the Dumb Truck:

Yes, please! Also, I would be really glad if you could read the tiny 5 digits part numbers on all case elements and output shaft!
