Soltown - video tours

Recommended Posts

Yo!

I've added the Hidden Side lighthouse and combined it with the classic pirate's set Sabre Island from 1989.

Hope you enjoy, and my apologies to Tom Cruise.

The time has come for me to modify the old Lego Friends Cafe into a diner with a gym on the second floor.

Stay cool as dope!

Happy Walpurgis Night

In today's video I've been inspired by Letranger Absurde who used stud shooters as Easter Island statues, and I've built a Chocomel kiosk, inspired by set 1620 from 1978.

What is a society without justice? NOTHING!

So now Soltown has a court/bake off show.

My dad used to work at a tire center before he retired, so I've made a small one for the lovely town of Soltown.

HAPPY FRIDAY!

Happy Saturday!

I've modified the Lego store, a bit of a modern take on the popular hobbit hole, one might say.

It's a play on Central Park. Perk might be due to coffee perking you up or giving you energy, or maybe that Coffee percolates.

Long time NO sea. Well, over a month has passed, but finally there's an update for Soltown. Yes, we now have a PET SHOP, boys!

Well WELL well! Final episode of the harbor update is here!
I get totally inspired by the new Harry Potter Diagonal alley set and use the instructions to create a small fishmonger.

Merci!

I've been eyeballing the IKEA LEGO Bygglek system and realized that the lids are excellent for raised levels.

That's the one! I had the fig when I was a kid (but from another set). Thought the S was fitting as in Solbrick, and I'm a huge LEGO 80's fan :)

Wait - I can't seem to remember ... what did I do when I was 47 ... :pir_laugh2:

So what does Bricktsar call fans of very old LEGO? AFOVOLs? Got my first set in 1965 ... which is still here on a shelf (I made in 1979) from two pieces of wood from far earlier my father had lying around in the garage ...

Have fun!

KIDS!
It's been a while, and I've been saying to Brick Bakery that I'm going to use his saloon design for ... well, at least since he posted his tutorial on the YouTube.

So I can finally reveal my take on this iconic AFOL design

Merry Christmas, my dear adult fans of LEGO!

What's more suiting than the miracle of life right now?

Well, the babies from the insemination festival is finally here!
And I've built an orphanage for them where they will spend the first months of their lives.
