cjtonic Posted January 5, 2020 (edited) Hi everyone. Here comes my 5th modular MOC: This beautiful half-modular house is inspired by European architecture from the 1900s. The ground floor is occupied by a rather modern pharmacy and is fully detailed out incl. the stairs to the first floor. All other floors of the house are used as one luxurious apartment. I have not yet managed to build it in real bricks but I only used bricks that can actually be purchased at a reasonable price. Now waiting for required funds to come in to really build this one and add it to my city. The Brick Boss Posted January 5, 2020 (edited) That looks amazing. Its about time modulars had some type of medical facility of some sort. I'd say the same in regards to a police station. I work as a mechanic for a living. So my favorite modular is and always will be the corner garage. Edited January 5, 2020 by pooda

Agent 86 Posted January 5, 2020 Very nice. I like the ivy growing up the front of the building. And how well you signified the purpose of the building with the green cross sign.

gabrielerava Posted January 6, 2020 Good job! Seems old school to me. Very straight and elegant. Love the little balconies! Nice colors ‘ mix and proportions along the entire building. Thumb up for me!
cjtonic Posted January 7, 2020 Thanks so much for all the kind words. I actually never thought about that type of medicine ;-) i thought the green cross is used in Spain on all pharmacies and it did fit a lot better than the red „A“ we have here in Germany. Nevertheless I like the twist you gave this building ?
cjtonic Posted July 1, 2020 (edited) I don't think I have posted the link to the instructions that I created for the modular pharmacy. They can be downloaded for free from rebrickable: Modular Pharmacy instructions on rebrickable Edited July 1, 2020 by cjtonic Posted an incorrect link. This is now fixed

In Europe the green cross is common for regular pharmacies. Many are also open 24 hours which was awesome
