@kblock43 is a massive inspiration to so many, and his vehicles are par to none, true unicorns. I've tried to recreate all of the features and looks of the real truck, bone crushingly fast, only the raw essentials and power.

It comes loaded with brand new suspension with the large soft shocks, and I must say it is the best suspension I've ever built. Incredibly springy and playable, mated to all 4 tires - burning rubber.

This is the fastest a 1:8 scale car can go, when mated to the most powerful Buwizz batteries.

Two shocks are attached to the doors that spring open and shut, 2 springs for the E-brake and transmission, openable hood. In the rear you have 2 fans that buzz twice as fast as the wheels, and a twin turbo V6 so fast the pistons could fly off at any minute.

The steering wheel turns when the wheels turn, and there is an HOG gear behind the rear axles if you chose manual over the RC version.

The Truck has  2 buggy motors driven by 2 buwizz, with the options for 2x XL motors or completely manual. Bubul is the legend behind all the spectacular chrome bits, Jaap Technic is the mastermind behind the full sticker wrap, and @ptg_snake custom designed the 3D printed rims for me. I put my heart and soul into this build - and Hoon responsibly 😅😅

Nice job! As we all know, a certain set recently tried something like this, with less success:

Very nice MOC, excellent presentation, I'm just a little confused about this part:

So what you're saying is that it's impossible to go faster at this scale? What's the top speed of your model? And on another note, did you experience any problems when driving with such small ground clearance?

Well, as always you've proven some incredible skill, but...I still dislike it because I just dislike the look of the real counterpart as well. A pickup with a Spoiler? No thanks. :sceptic:

Those chrome Bugatti wheels are really nice, I just recently got my hands on a completely black set tho, and I like them better

Hi Sariel, I have tested top speeds often, and the gear ratio applied to this truck is the best speed you will get without gears skipping or batteries not able to keep up. If you were to do 4 buwizz And 4 buggy motors, of course you may attain a higher top speed. The viper had gearing options higher than this truck, but when you drove  the batteries would quickly burn out or not have enough torque to get the car rolling. I focused on making this truck lighter to support a quicker speed. I didn’t have too much issues with ground clearance, of course I hit rocks and what not while filming but it mostly just hit the bumper and kept on rolling. I have not clocked any speeds to judge what is faster as I don’t have a tool to measure that accurately. But I do have experience driving many fast 1:8 models and this truck, mated with 4wd (which helps a lot) provide more torque and better traction. All in all it drives like a dream - and was fun to film 🎞

Looks pretty sick.  For a couple of days I skipped it on youtube, as it looked on the thumbnail pic like a modified Arrma Infraction. I had to face the reality here and realise it is your work and made of lego.

Your Hoonigans are your best creations and therefore successfull regarding their popularity. I´m having a blast chasing them at Forza Horizon . The performance is probably the best you can get out of it, although Sariel´s Pagani Zonda was faster and lighter because of its body made of flex axles. You´ve put a superb looking livery on it on top .

I also made a Mercedes racing truck that went well over 18 km/h with a full body of panels, but the scale was smaller.
