I think v2 looks better, nice work. If you stick with v1, I'd suggest using just one 1x6 tile for each of the two middle verticals on each side instead of a pair for each.

Both are nice, but I feel version 2 is the better design. It gives the feel of cast iron supports holding up the wood. The thinner vertical supports also make it look better I think. Nice work and a definite contrast to your modern cars on the next siding.

I personally Like the V2 more - the use of 1x6 wooden planks is more realistic, plus the black bricks with studs are perfect. Thumbs Up!!! :laugh:

I agree 100%, v2 looks better but if you use just one 1x6 tile for each of the two middle verticals also v1 could be the best choice

A great and an original work any way! :thumbup:
