Your second axle's diff needs to be flipped.

I think we need a 42070 help topic pinned, as by so many people having issues with this set's driveline.

The second axl would drive forward and the third axl backwards at the same time. That's wy its not moving.

The biggest issue with the 42070 is that someone bought it in the first place ;)

Okay, I'm really starting to feel that owning this thing is damaging my already-limited street cred. :look:

ahahha, im just afraid to exchange axle position, looks like a hard job.

Remove the bodywork and modular build sections. This way you have less to take apart and rebuild.

Hey guys,

I just rotate 180 degrees second drive.

I really loved ,it's working now.

Unfortunately I can't post here.

Someone knows how to explain that effect in engineering words?

Once again thank you so much.

When a gear is turning, the second gear it's turning will turn in an opposite direction.
So look at the gears and think: "Left, right, left, right, left, right.."

just to throw a wrench into the thoughts....    what is the proper mount of the front differential, as in if you were looking at the front of your model, would the main diff. 28 tooth gear would it be on the left side or the right side if you looked at front and under the chassis..  ??  just not on this 42070 lego set but on all Lego technic set..

I fear the day TLG will release a motorized 8x8. I think their instructions and color coding will have to be even bolder.

Ha! :roflmao:

But I'm afraid you're right. 42082 has two diffs and, what, almost a dozen colours in the chassis? So yeah, 8x8 would be way over the pukebow.
