First Order TIE Interceptor - UPDATE 13 Oct 2019, New design and official name - TIE WHISPER!

from Episode 9 - The Rise of Skywalker 

Main functions:

Nice! I actually like the different color for the wedge stripe in the middle of each foil. I don't think it's accurate (at least from what i can tell from that glimpse in the trailer) but it just makes it look visually interesting. Nice job on the cockpit as well!

Thanks a lot! In the trailer, you can see darker areas in these places, so I added them in such a way, I think it looks interesting. The cockpit came out great, I really like this design in the movie (trailer).

Great! I love the different colours on the wings too, and the shaping around the cockpit is excellent. It’s always good to see a perfected and convincing moc of a new ship before the movie/set some out, well done :)

tho, I think I would love darker grey on the wings of this TIE rather than the shades of grey, maybe i'm getting used to seeing Empire/First Order's ships in dark colors...

Added a small design update, there was no rear canopy previously. I added this item and updated the Stud.io file on Rebrickable.
