[MOC] Lego Hulkbuster MOC 76031 + 76105 Combination

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I combined the two official sets and made this.

Lego Hulkbuster

Really wanted to get the proportion right on this one

Lego Hulkbuster back

Doesn't fit a whole Minfig but I manage to put a head in there

Mark 43 close up

I made a Jackhammer arm to go with it as well

Jack Hammer arm

He can punch, but it takes some cheating

Hulk Tranquilizer

There's a lot bricks left over and I cobbled this together

Hulkbuster side buildsVeronica Support unit

And here are instructions, if you want to make your own. There's a lot of left over bricks but I also had to use the small extra bricks that came with the sets to make this

Looks great. It has a more bulkier feel, especially in the shoulders, which was the biggest con in the Ultron Edition one.

Man, I wish this was the official Hulkbuster set. Looks so much better than both originals. Fantastic work!

Great work! Now you should do one with the other hulkbuster lol

Did you use pieces from the side builds as well? Like the cage from the 2015 one

Yeah, there's a modified plate with clips that I used in the torso, the tan jumpers in the Jackhammer arm and the 2x2 grey slopes in the support unit. I think that's all

Mostly though, you're going to need a lot of 1 x 1 s

Thanks, how long did this take you to make?

The bulk of it took about 2 weeks but i have been tweaking little things for a month and a half after that. You can even see some differences between the one in the instructions (which is newer) and the one in the photos

Yeah it was worth it though, I mean, look at that thing!

I like the little car build, what kind of car is it though?

I didn’t have anything in mind in particular, just a generic “hot rod” I guess

Nice work, any plans to make a brick built Hulk to scale with this?

Thanks! I find it difficult to build without limitations. Almost everything I build are alt models so I don’t think I’ll tackle that Hulk :)

Right!? So many weird decisions were made on that set

Already starting to sort  through my parts to see how many of the parts i have to recreate this. Sadly i didn't grab the Hulkbuster in stores because i didn't like the model. But now, i do want it!
