Orient Expedition: The Movie Coming in August!

Did you know that there is going to be another sequel to "The Mummy"? Well, it is, and it looks like it's gonna be in the style of the LEGO Adventure line "Orient Expedition! It's called "Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" and is scheduled to be released on the first of August! Also, it appears that Jet Li will be playing the bad guy this time! It's very interesting how the creators of these movies seem to follow the storyline of the Legos, isn't it? I mean, first Egypt, then Jungle, and then the East! Anyway, being a big fan of Jet Li and this great series of adventure movies, I am pretty excited, even though the "The Mummy Returns" wasn't that good (but it had a sweet airship! ).

I love The Mummy movies. A lot. I've had a chance to visit the set of Mummy 3 and its awesome. but all i can say is that there are going to be thousands of terra cotta warriors, OConell and his son are back with guns, guns, and um.. well GUNS .Yes Jet Li will play the Emperor Mummy and there will cool be creatures like dragons and something else...and of course Jonathan will say something funny And wait til you see the awesome truck chase scene. sorry can't say more. bye bye.

I remember seeing the 1st movie and then finding a number of the Desert Adventurer sets in the store. I purchased Scorpion Tracker, and really enjoyed it.

Later, I picked up the Sphinx set. This was a great example of how Lego did not have to purchase a license to sell their products. It was sort of a "piggy-back" off the success of the movie. It would be great for them to do something like this again. But then again, we have the Indy sets now.

Ah come on !

It wasn't that bad... in fact, I didn't think the Mummy movies were bad at all... although I never saw "The Scorpion King" but I guess that was more of a spin-off

Anyhoo, if it will be with the same actors and stuff, then I will be definetely going to watch this one
