I built a small repair shop in Lego technic.

I'm using Sheepo lift,  and 42096 & 42077 models, with small modifications on them.

I presented it to a lego exhibition in France in April. I had quite a success. This is pushing me to improve the shop during 2019 with a dyno, a car wash and maybe a new lift.

All comments are welcome, I want to improve my little repair shop,

To be continued,

Absolutely love this :wub_drool:

It's packed with plenty of clever, creative details. Looking forward to seeing more.

Thank you for you support.

I'm working on the dyno :

The black strings are not there for decoration, they hold the car on the dyno for real.

I built it in a very simple way with two L-motors to rotate the wheels of the 42077 (which is now entire blue).

I need to add some decoration to this part of the garage with some fans, a screen and a desk. I also have to put some evacuation for the exhaust.

It would be awesome if the dyno was more modular. So it could move a little bit forward and backward so it could fit different types of cars on it.
The width can be modified by just having fat rollers.

That's a pretty cool MOC! But what's really missing is a coffee corner. Can't imagine a car repair shop without proper coffee maker and cups ;)

Looks great. You should also make a brake test area. I am also missing posters. Lastly I think you should remake the tyre changer machine so it can be mounted on the side also, like the real, this looks to be a easy change.

I have the same idea. For now, i built version number one to have an easy start, but I'm already thinking to version number 2 which will be modular. Here were I am for now :

I'm building the fans area right now.

42077 looks great in all dark azure. The dyno looks pretty great too.

Thanks a lot. I will present it as soon as the car will be finished.

I'm glad to here that because I have the same idea. I'm already working on it. I was thinking to a V8 table with 42056 et 42083 seats. I've already started to built some furnitures :

I have ordered some 48x48 base plate to Lego with the bulk, but my order won't arrive until december and I miss parts to move on the build.

That could be a good idea.

I also want to get rid of sheepo's lift to built my own scissor lift :

That's great and will add some more "coziness" to your MOC ;) V8 table is so fitting! The rack is nice too

Thanks.

I was also thinking to add a small furniture to diplay some thing such as a trophey, some automotive goodies and why not adding a bit of star wars things such as the head of dark vador in the 75111 set.

I spent some time working on the coffee corner :

I've made a table, two chairs with GT3RS seats, and I began the table :

Also, some Star Wars heads on display :

im absolutely loving the siccor lift and dyno, very cool!

If you have some pneumatic stuff you could also build a compressed air system, a motor powered compressor with air tanks, some lines and perhaps pneumatic power for the siccor lift would be really cool as play features.

Wow! So cool! You can udgrade it endless!!
Try to add some vehicle with hook for engine removal/installation.
And it's not good you shoot it during some kind of a lunch because we can't observe any technic team members. Do they have a rest at that time?

Oh, my bad. The latest picture is the key to my question :)
