Yet another way to control your EV3 bricks

MATLAB Support Package for LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 Hardware enables you to use MATLAB to communicate with the LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 over a USB cable, wireless network, or Bluetooth®. MATLAB functions are provided to control the motors and interface with other sensors and actuators on the robot.

Did anyone try this already? Some of my students are working with Mindstorms and Matlab on a little project at the moment. Communication via USB-cable works fine, but if you use BT-connection we have problems in the sense that we get an error message after a few commands. I couldn't figure out what the problem ist yet, so if someone else had the same problems (or not) I would be interested to know.

Did someone use WLAN connection with MATLAB/mindstorms already?
