[Mystery Island 2] A Message Is Sent

Recommended Posts

What happened so far:

https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/171041-mystery-island-explosion-on-gunpowder-island/

Soon after the vulcanic explosion, a white bird was seen (or probably not seen as it flyeth so high)....

... leaving gunpowder island with a parchment.

A message, obviously.

To whom?

From whom?

And what does it say?

(to be continued)

next chapter: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/171134-mystery-island-3-a-message-is-received/

And while we are at questions: What does the seagull get as a wage as it wages such a dangerous voyage?

Do seagulls get more pay when they bring messages to Eslandola?

Do they get paid by Mardier or just roasted?

Is the payment cargo-based, i.e. based on the weight of the parchment?

Or based on the number of letters in the letter?

I guess, it is the latter.

(I should stop this...)

This is an interesting development for sure!  Looking forward to seeing who ends up with the message!

And what about the time it takes to deliver? The faster the more €€ a seagull is paid?? Is there a special fee when the customer is on board on a sea going vessel? Eslandolans charge at customs more than let's say Corries so that they promote their own merchandise?

Poor "seagull transport Inc" telephone center... All those questions on a daily basis...

@Captain Braunsfeld And is it an African or a European swallow?

It does not matter it is a matter of air speed velocity of a parchment liaden seagull Vera the distance he must travel divided by the rate at which he is paid lol

That's the spirit!

Does the African or European Swallow swallow African or European spirits?  And do they become spirit swallows if they do, like the dodo?

It appears the crew of "Phantastic Views And Where To Find Them" is about to get a phantastic view of *splat*

Ah, so that's what "Sea-Doo" really means...

Are the seagulls legit, or burners? And I'm really curious about their names. Eric Jr? Honest Abe? Jacob Reuben? :pir-laugh:

Did you know that they start those seagulls with a catapult if the load is too heavy?
