It seems that we will be given a bunch of new Technic pieces, along with some Technic-usable parts, like 2x4 brick with axle holes.

Those enormous frames could be expected in more technic acceptable colors very soon (white is already in Liebherr 9800) and I have nothing against black or light bluish gray

The teal frame looks good as well!

Yes, but I do not know (at the moment) how to integrate it in some of my (future) MOCs to hide it...I do not know if tractor or truck has teal chassis

And new ball joint pieces!

This is pretty exciting. I like seeing all these new moulds. Makes me wonder how many will be in the upcoming Technic sets?

These new part shapes are great and I LOVE the CMYK color palette! Some of my favorite colors to play around with, but rarely with much to offer as far as Technic parts are concerned. I hope it's not too long before these parts show up in sets that are easier to obtain!

Looks like a lot of fun. The new parts are interesting as well, but the current colours limit the applications in Technic sets obviously. It raises a lot of question though:

  • It almost looks like this set has equal or even more functionality than the EV3 Mindstorms kit. Could this mean EV3 is becoming obsolete soon?
  • Will these motors and sensors be compatible with the upcoming Control+ system?
  • Maybe the Control+ hub is a modified version of this SPIKE hub. If this is the case, will the rechargeable battery pack be suitable for the Control+ hub?
  • What is the function of those wire clips: only to guide the motors cables through a model or could they be used like the Flex System of the olden days?

This has much less capability than EV3 apparantly  but we may expect now a new mindstorms is next in line.

A new mindstorms would most probably have a color screen, built in Wifi, ..etc

The real question is these new electrical systems are they all compatible with each other?

Servomotor out of stock since a week orso
XL Motor just went out of stock
I wonder if these ever return

This is expected after the announcement of control+ systems in Technic 2H sets. The PF Era is apparantly finally over.

In field of machinery I'm not that old-fashioned, but there are classic cars that look very cool IMHO look excelent in teal and white combination

lego robotics is really crowded nowadays... The most interesting part is the hub with 6 ports, rechargeable battery, speaker, gyro and 5x5 led grid. Its size is 9x11x4 studs - ie same as current Technic BB. New gear is welcome, but I don't think I would ever use it due to its odd size, I guess car gearbox builders are more excited. The wheels are very intersting, they have mounting holes around it, might serve as turntable

I doubt it, at least with the current versions of SPIKE Prime and EV3. The EV3 has a faster processor, more storage (not to mention the Micro SD expansion), a higher-res screen, and more ports (although they're single-purpose, unlike SPIKE Prime's general-purpose).

I really happy that I bought on black friday 10 sets of the RC tracked racer for a real bargain.

It's strange that the part list shows only 4x 7 stud diameter wheels but this image shows two bigger 11 stud diameter wheels with different fixing points.
