peedeejay Posted March 31, 2019 (edited) My 10th modular building: A modular pharmacy. Some first timers for me. First time to design a model with Studio and not LDD. Moreover first time to build a modular with 4 instead of 3 floors. The lowest level features a pharmacy where minifigs can get everything for their well-being. One level above a shrink has his office. Apparently the guy from the casino who lost a lot of hard earned studs is here to do something against his gambling addiction. As soon as he lays down he can no longer hold himself back. The shrink however only looks at the clock above him to ensure maximum profit. The shrinks profit goes into the two upper level where he turned the old apartment into a fancy looking one including an island kitchen and a jacuzzi. As always, building instructions are available for those who would like to build it themselves! (Click here for building instructions! Or send me a PM) I also have complete building kits available (PM me if interested). Statistics: Parts: 6127 Design time: About 100h Build time: About 10h Pharmacy Outside by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Outside by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Modules by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Lowest Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Middle Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Middle Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Upper Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Upper Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Minibuilds: Pharmacy Minibuilds Lower Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Minibuilds Middle Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Minibuilds Upper Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr Pharmacy Minibuilds Roof Level by peedeejay!, auf Flickr More images on flickr. koalayummies Posted March 31, 2019 Marvelous creation Peedeejay! One of the most elegant and intricately detailed snot facades ever. Just a gorgeous exterior. And the minibuilds for the interior furniture are wonderful. I always like your curtain builds as well as it livens up the interior walls. Fantastic phography. Amazing design and work all around, stunning.

LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted April 2, 2019 Wow ...the interiors looks like a real pharmacy! Excellent work!
Kristel Posted April 2, 2019 Looks great! My favourite details are the furniture in the living room and kitchen, the sign over the pharmacy door and the middle window in the roof.
Berthil Posted April 2, 2019 Very nice modular in real bricks and not only digital. The furniture is very well designed.
eliza Posted April 3, 2019 Excellent! Such a spacious luxury apartment. I like the ice skates as window details.
GeoBrick Posted April 3, 2019 I can't help feel its a cross of the Green Grocer, Parisian Restaurant, and the latest modular, the garage, in a positive way that is. Tremendous details. A bit too roomy for my taste though. I would probably have tried to cram everything in 3 floors. Oh, and where's the seat in the waiting area for the shrink? ;)
Agent 86 Posted April 3, 2019 Very nice. The ... inverted (?) bay windows on the façade are really unique. How does it look with the other, official Modulars? Does its size and scale overpower everything except for the Town Hall? The interior furnishings are also particularly well done.
Kevin Flemming Posted April 4, 2019 Have to admit, while the structure itself is great, I'm really loving the furniture. The designs of everything are simply wonderful.

Exetrius Posted April 8, 2019 Green Ninjago snakes to for the pharmacy blew my mind more than it should! Nice use of curved tiles, too!
BarBee Posted April 11, 2019 Congratulations for the number 10 (how does that feel?). The exterior looks just nice, as it's a bit to colorful for my taste (althouh I love the farmacy's sign!). But the interior ... wow, that's a whole new story! I just love everything you did! The yellow sofa/couch, the curtains hanger, the floors tiling, the fridge, the TV/media center ... everything's impressive!
peedeejay Posted April 25, 2019 (edited) Thank you everyone! On 3/31/2019 at 9:53 PM, koalayummies said: Marvelous creation Peedeejay! I laways wanted to build a facede with tiles/plates crossing each other and it proved to be quite a challenge, especially the horizontal tiles crossing the vertical ones and reaching all the way to the windows (which themselves are also half a plate offset, so the whole construction had to be at least 2 bricks thick). In the end my solution was to stack multiple of those: The horizontal lines crossing the vertical ones were only possible because 1x2 tiles to not have a fixed connection point and can be freely moved among a single stud. Once I had this design done, the next challenge was to find the correct colors as not all parts exist in all colors. Especially the wedge tiles. Yes, the roof technique is blatantly stolen from the Parisian Restaurant. ;-) My first approach was to build it with 3 instead of 4 floors again, but the overall balance didn't feel right to me. Moreover since the single floors are not that high as my previously modulars, the overall building is not much larger than my Sushi Bar or Tailor: On 4/4/2019 at 1:29 AM, Agent 86 said: Very nice. Unfortunately I do not have any official modulars built at the moment, so the above screenshot can only give you a comparison to my other buildings. Here is a (very old) picture from 2015 where you ca see the size of my tailor against the Parisian Restaurant, the Palace Cinema and the Grand Emporium: Edited April 25, 2019 by peedeejay
