[MOC] Modular Pharmacy

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

My 10th modular building: A modular pharmacy.

Some first timers for me. First time to design a model with Studio and not LDD. Moreover first time to build a modular with 4 instead of 3 floors.

The lowest level features a pharmacy where minifigs can get everything for their well-being.

One level above a shrink has his office. Apparently the guy from the casino who lost a lot of hard earned studs is here to do something against his gambling addiction. As soon as he lays down he can no longer hold himself back. The shrink however only looks at the clock above him to ensure maximum profit.

The shrinks profit goes into the two upper level where he turned the old apartment into a fancy looking one including an island kitchen and a jacuzzi.

As always, building instructions are available for those who would like to build it themselves! (Click here for building instructions! Or send me a PM) I also have complete building kits available (PM me if interested).

Statistics:
Parts: 6127
Design time: About 100h
Build time: About 10h

Marvelous creation Peedeejay! One of the most elegant and intricately detailed snot facades ever. Just a gorgeous exterior. And the minibuilds for the interior furniture are wonderful. I always like your curtain builds as well as it livens up the interior walls. Fantastic phography. Amazing design and work all around, stunning.

Looks great! My favourite details are the furniture in the living room and kitchen, the sign over the pharmacy door and the middle window in the roof.

Excellent! Such a spacious luxury apartment. I like the ice skates as window details.

I can't help feel its a cross of the Green Grocer, Parisian Restaurant, and the latest modular, the garage, in a positive way that is. Tremendous details.

A bit too roomy for my taste though. I would probably have tried to cram everything in 3 floors.
Oh, and where's the seat in the waiting area for the shrink? ;)

Very nice. The ... inverted (?) bay windows on the façade are really unique. How does it look with the other, official Modulars? Does its size and scale overpower everything except for the Town Hall?

The interior furnishings are also particularly well done.

Have to admit, while the structure itself is great, I'm really loving the furniture. The designs of everything are simply wonderful.

Green Ninjago snakes to for the pharmacy blew my mind more than it should! Nice use of curved tiles, too!

Congratulations for the number 10 (how does that feel?). :excited:

The exterior looks just nice, as it's a bit to colorful for my taste (althouh I love the farmacy's sign!). But the interior ... wow, that's a whole new story! I just love everything you did! The yellow sofa/couch, the curtains hanger, the floors tiling, the fridge, the TV/media center ... everything's impressive!
