carebear Posted March 28, 2019 Hi! I made a Church! It was a bit of a chalange to make this on 2 standard base plates. Hope you like it! Greetings! Thanks for watching!

Redhead1982 Posted March 28, 2019 I admit I had mixed feelings when I first saw this church. It was not what I expected. I prefer a more classic architecture, neogothic, with small colored windows and lots of pillars and intricate facade details. However, looking more closely you did a great job designing the large windows to make a play with light and ornate glass details. For sure, my favourite detail is the organ on the top floor. LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted March 28, 2019 Fabulous church ... I'm not sure if I like more the interior details or the beautiful exterior windows! Lovely roof too!
Kristel Posted March 28, 2019 This is just beautiful!! Love the stained glass walls, the gate / wooden door combination, the roof and the organ.
koalayummies Posted March 29, 2019 Carebear building up wonder yet again! Beautiful exterior, I really like the minimal exterior color palette using snot connections for texture and definition, and what an abundance of snot there is! The tower is especially gorgeous, love the large multi-arched entrance way and the abundance of detail inside like the beautiful organ. Fantastic MOC Carebear! Cylo Posted April 1, 2019 This looks great! I like how you made the cross at the front.
Man with a hat Posted April 1, 2019 Quite impressive. Interior details are awesome, that organ is exquisite! And nice very elaborate detailing on the outside. And what a lot of windows. Not completely my liking, but it fits your church really well.
neonic Posted April 1, 2019 Very different like the 'gothic' churches, the colorscheme, the windows and stuff but ... looks also cool. It have a lot of great details like those 'elves'? elements, the candleholder, the stairs ... the 'architecture'. Nice details on the roof too. ps. what are those point things on the corner on the roof, and those black 'candelier' next to the door? looks great, want them too. neonic Posted April 2, 2019 I've found them (also on Bricklink, diffrent number). I have already something figured out for the torches on the side but I certainly order a couple of these too. Just find a place for them Thank you for your quick reaction
coinoperator Posted April 2, 2019 (edited) Whooha great Only think that I (personally) don't like is the streetlights outside on the building. It's just doesn't fit an old building. The organ on the other hand is stunning Edited April 2, 2019 by coinoperator
eliza Posted April 3, 2019 Love the clock tower and the roof technique.

WesternOutlaw Posted April 5, 2019 Hi there; greetings from the Western United States. I don't think we see many churches built by LEGO fans. This is a beautiful one! The architectural details are wonderful and I love how you created the stain glass windows. I also like how you designed the roof (most clever). After seeing this splendid creation, I had to revisit my modest (simple) Mexican Church built in 2010, pictured below. Mexican Church II-b by WesternOutlaw, on Flickr Well done!
