Railbricks

Recommended Posts

So I found and downloaded the PDF versions of Railbricks 1-15, but I have a couple of questions.

Are those the only issues they produced or are there more?

While glancing through the issues and also in older posts on Eurobricks it mentions Railbricks instructions - are those still accessible somewhere?

I clicked on an old 2009 Eurobricks topic link for the instructions and had a bunch of your computer is infected windows pop up - so I suggest not clicking on those.

Sadly, that is all the Railbricks issues ever made. You can see their spiritual successor in the blog Brick Model Railroader.

I was able to get some of the downloads that were hosted there by using archive.com's "wayback machine"

Thanks for the link, I was able to pull a couple off there, but not the ones I was really interested in like the BN SW1200.  I will play around on there some more when I have more time.  It's a shame Railbricks ended, so far what I have gone through looks really interesting.

Goto magcloud.com. Sign up for an account. Navigate to the instruction for the SW 1200. Its free, when you choose digital, as Jeramy has decided to do so.

Perfect! Thanks for the link! Takes us right there. What a fantastic resource the magazine is. I can only imagine the massive effort it took to create each one. In the free PDF format they're about 20 megs or less so I'll download them all and save them to Google drive (for free) so I'll always have them. There's a few weeks of casual reading between them all.
