LEGO account issue

Hi all,

 

I like to ask if anybody else have an issue to sign in on the LEGO web page. I can sign in but, I don't see my VIP points and my orders. I am always getting the message:

Sorry! An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again.

I was contacting LEGO and I they advised me to delete cookies and so on. I have done it. Also tried 2 different browsers that I was never using before and I also tried a different computer, but nothing.

Any idea?

It works for me, what browser / platform do you use? Maybe try incognito mode?

How long did this issue take to get fixed? I've been having a similar issue recently, which has followed me between different accounts, WiFi connections, and devices. IT said they're working on it, just wondering how long it took for you?

Not with logging in, but I did get the same message you did when trying it register my VIP card... 

I heard they are going the more digital route soon, so I figured it’s time to register.
