Solving a housing shortage has resulted in the use of relatively cheap parts to build pretty ugly high rise flats.  

Oxymoron or not, here's a case in point.

Yes, some careless minifig did spill a bucket of orange paint but in a fairly careful rectangularish way...

I will definitely be stealing borrowing that roller door design.

Great build all round, with a realistic albeit repetitive appearance, just like real life. Great job.

Honestly, the building maybe isn't be the most beautiful building I've ever seen (which is normal) :laugh: but that roller door design is so amazing that I just needed to write a comment! I really like the rundown look as well. Keep up the good work! :classic:

You made something "ugly", but did it in such a lovely way that it looks really good. You don't see such gritty realism stuff much in Lego. Great "character study" of a building! :classic:
